Acceptance of these terms

By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. This website is operated by The Ghana Chamber of Law, an independent, invitation-only learned society.

Nature of the Chamber

The Ghana Chamber of Law does not regulate the legal profession, adjudicate professional conduct, or duplicate the statutory functions of the Ghana Bar Association or the General Legal Council. Nothing on this website constitutes legal advice or a professional qualification.

Membership is by invitation

Fellowship of the Chamber is granted by election following nomination and due diligence. Submitting a nomination or enquiry through this website does not entitle any individual to election, and creates no contractual relationship between the nominee, the nominator and the Chamber.

Intellectual property

The Chamber’s name, crest, publications (including the Ghana Chamber Law Review, Constitutional Papers, Policy Briefs and Research Reports) and other content on this website are the property of The Ghana Chamber of Law or its contributors and may not be reproduced without permission.

User conduct

You agree not to misuse this website, including by submitting false information in a nomination or contact form, attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, or interfering with its normal operation.

Limitation of liability

The Chamber makes reasonable efforts to keep information on this website accurate and current, but does not warrant that all content is complete or error-free, and accepts no liability for reliance placed on it.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
